The minimum age for spa access is 18.

Fully prepaid at the time of booking. Non-refundable / non-transferable in the event of a no show.

Cancellation policy is 7 days for groups of 6 or more guests. 72 hours for Spa Days and 48 hours for Individual Bookings.
